I don't know what else I can do to troubleshoot it. The only thing that might be the issue is that this product is not compatible with Windows 10.but it paired successfully and tested twice with no issues. For some reason it doesn't work in-game, as I was told by another member. I went to the main Logitech page for this particular product, downloaded the pairing software, which was successful. Then I tested it through Steam, works there, too. I tested the sound on my PC (Windows 10), works.
